The international business world communicates in English. Written communication concerning the daily routine tasks is not really an issue (see Google etc.) - however, a careful choice of 'the right words' is essential. Oral communication might cause difficulties - this is where this workshop will support you. We would like to focus on the oral communication in all its facets as well as on more complex written texts.
